Brand Ambassador

In-Store Events, Trade Shows, Charity Events & More | Roofing and Exterior Home Services

The Role

You are a Brand Ambassador for Pyramid Roofing, serving as the face of our brand everywhere we show up: in-store events at Lowe's, trade shows, charity events, community activations, and more. Wherever you are, you spend your days building real relationships with associates, event partners, and community contacts, talking with homeowners about projects they are already thinking about, and turning those conversations into appointments for our team.

This is not a sales job. You are not going into anyone's home, quoting prices, or closing deals. Your job is to start good conversations, find homeowners with a real need, and hand off a clean opportunity. Our contact center takes it from there, and our field team runs the consultation.

If you like being out in the world, talking to people, and being the person any team, whether at a store, a trade show booth, or a charity event, is genuinely glad to see walk in, this is a good fit.

What You Will Do

Own Your Presence

You will be the regular, familiar presence everywhere Pyramid Roofing shows up, from your assigned Lowe's locations to trade shows, charity events, and community activations. That means knowing store leadership and associates by name, building relationships with event organizers and partners, understanding how each venue runs, and showing up consistently when homeowners and prospects are there.

Keep Associates Trained and Referring

Store associates are one of your best sources of opportunity, but only if they know what to look for. You will run huddles, refresh training, keep materials and displays looking sharp, and make it easy for associates to send a homeowner your way. When referrals slow down at a store, you figure out why and fix it.

Generate Qualified Leads

You will approach customers professionally and without pressure, ask good questions, and identify real roofing, siding, or other approved exterior needs. You will explain the value of a free in-home consultation, set honest expectations, and get the homeowner's permission to be contacted.

Every lead you submit should be complete and accurate: service need, address, contact information, timing, and any notes that would help the next person. Before you submit, you will do a quick gut check on the basics. Is it in our service area? Is it a service we offer? Is this the homeowner? Good leads matter more than a lot of leads.

Support Events and Activations

You will help plan and run approved events wherever they happen, in-store at Lowe's, at trade shows, at charity events, and at local promotions, alongside the Lowe's and Vertex teams and other event partners, and keep your uniform, signage, and lead capture tools ready to go.

Share What You See

You will give a short weekly recap of your coverage across stores and events, leads, and anything getting in the way, and you will join the biweekly performance call. When you spot something worth knowing, a store that is heating up, a strong lead at a trade show, an associate who needs a refresher, a service area question; you raise it.

How Success Is Measured

We care about qualified opportunities that turn into real jobs, not raw name count. You will be measured on:

• Qualified lead volume by store, trade show, charity event, and associate referral
• Lead quality, including rejection, duplicate, and out of area rates
• Downstream results your leads produce: appointments set, consultations issued, and sales
• Speed and accuracy of lead submission
• Store engagement and consistency of coverage

The program target is roughly 10% lead to sale conversion on roofing and gutters.

What We Are Looking For

• Comfort walking up to a stranger, starting a conversation, and asking a few good questions without being pushy
• The kind of person store teams like working with
• Strong follow through and attention to detail, especially on accurate data entry
• Willingness to use performance data to change how you spend your time
• Experience in roofing, exterior remodeling, home services, or home improvement retail is a plus, not a requirement
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Basic comfort with technology, and the ability to learn our lead management tools

The Practical Stuff

• Regular travel between your assigned stores, trade shows, charity events, and other assigned locations, plus occasional travel for training or larger events
• Availability during peak retail traffic, which includes some evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and move event materials up to 30 pounds, with reasonable accommodation where required by law
• Professional appearance and conduct while representing Pyramid Roofing everywhere you show up, including Lowe's, trade shows, and charity events

Compensation

Competitive base pay plus performance-based incentives tied to qualified lead production and the results those leads deliver.

Comp uncapped with OTE ~$75k with room to grow for high performers

Compensation for this role may be provided as hourly pay, salary, commission, piece-rate, bonuses, incentives, or a combination of these methods, depending on the position. The “Estimate of Total Expected Annual Earnings” listed reflects our good-faith estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay for this role, based on factors such as experience, skills, candidate geographic location, state the job is located in, historical trends, and business needs. Actual earnings may vary.
