With a wealth of resources and an extensive construction industry network, Kalkreuth has the capabilities to complete any project according to specifications.Position Summary:The Project Administrator provides administrative support for the Project Management Team.Duties & Responsibilities:Review and process all incoming contractsCoordinate transfer of information from Estimating to ProductionSetup and maintain electronic job filesReview and file project correspondence including general correspondence, meeting minutes, schedules, etc.Work closely with the production team and accounting personnel for generating and processing change orders and purchase ordersPrepare all project-related correspondenceUnderstand and implement Corporate Policies and Procedures as they relate to project coordination and financial successPrepare and distribute weekly reportsResponsible for all customer close-out documentsResponsible for obtaining certificates of insurance and bonds per contract and project requirementsMaintain and order office & breakroom suppliesProvide effective and timely communication with our satellite offices, coworkers, customers, subcontractors and suppliersPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Minimum of Associates Degree in business-related curriculumProficient in all Microsoft Office applicationsExperienced in electronic record keeping & file maintenanceStrong organizational, prioritization, and time management skillsAbility to multi-task and complete assignments under duressIndependent thinker and self-motivatorBenefits:Competitive SalaryMedical, Dental and Vision InsuranceDisability (Short and Long Term Disability)Life Insurance401(k)Paid Time Off
