Program : Long-Term Foster Care

Location : Emsworth, PA and/or Moon Township, PA

Salary : $65,000-$72,000/year

Schedule : Full-time, exempt

Work Model : Typically 4 days onsite + 1 day remote

• Supervise clinicians and clinical interns.

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision.

• Train and onboard new clinical staff.

• Review clinical documentation and ensure quality/compliance.

• Observe youth and recommend therapeutic interventions.

• Support safety planning and crisis response.

• Coordinate referrals with community mental health providers.

• Support treatment authorization and required documentation.

• Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care.

• Collaborate with youth, families, sponsors, staff, and service providers.

• Provide limited direct clinical coverage when needed.

Team

Currently supervising:

• 4 clinicians

• 1 behavior specialist

Potential maximum: 7 supervisees, plus up to 2 interns.

Time Breakdown

• 90% leadership/supervision

• 10% direct clinical care

Schedule

Typically: 4 days onsite + 1 day remote, Additional remote work may be approved as needed.

On-Call

Approximately 1 week/month:

• Evening/weekend phone support

• Occasional campus response for emergencies

• Support the on-call clinician when needed

Requirements

• Master's or doctorate in behavioral health or related field

• 2+ years post-graduate direct service experience

• Supervisory experience preferred

• Pennsylvania clinical license required

• Act 33, Act 34 & FBI clearances

• Valid PA driver's license

• Minimum age: 21
