The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support to attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including insurance defense and commercial litigation. The position requires professionalism, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This is an opportunity to work on complex litigation matters in a highly collaborative environment. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation including trial preparation, case management, discovery, and motions Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs Coordinate and manage the collection, review, and production of documents in response to discovery requests Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials Manage case files and maintain case calendars Assist with insurance defense and commercial litigation cases Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and expert witnesses Ensure compliance with court rules and procedures Perform other duties as assigned by attorneys Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal Experience in civil litigation, ideally in high-volume insurance defense, mass tort, or product liability matters Proficiency in hearing and trial preparation Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures Excellent legal research and writing skills Proficiency in using legal research platforms and litigation support software Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Paralegal certification or equivalent education and training is preferred Note on Application and Compliance Interested in hearing more?
