As a PT or PTA, you'll enjoy: Helping clients improve mobility and restore function Providing one-on-one care in the comfort of patients' homes Creating and carrying out personalized treatment plans Educating patients and families on safe, effective rehabilitation Working alongside a supportive, interdisciplinary care team
PTs will complete comprehensive evaluations, establish goals of care, and oversee therapy services. PTAs will provide hands-on treatment, guiding patients through exercises and interventions under PT supervision.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans developed by the licensed Physical Therapist.
- Conduct therapeutic exercises and activities with clients, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and coordination.
- Provide guidance and education to clients and their families on proper techniques for exercises, transfers, and ambulation.
- Assess and document clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers, providing support and answering questions.
- Adhere to all relevant legal, ethical, and professional standards.
