BMW of Denver is seeking a highly trained, highly motivated  Motorcycle Service Advisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with prior dealership experience who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and helping ensure a smooth, efficient service experience from start to finish.

Schedule

• Tuesday through Friday: 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming service experience
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
• Create repair orders and communicate service recommendations clearly
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely updates
• Keep customers informed on repair progress, timelines, and additional service recommendations
• Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction at delivery
• Maintain accurate records and service documentation
• Support the service department in delivering a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Prior  dealership experience required
• Previous experience as a  service advisor preferred
• CDK experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach
