Office Assistant
We are a long-established motorcycle dealership based in the Denver Tech Center that offers its employees a fun working environment, and the opportunity to learn new skills and advance under accomplished management leaders.
The Company: Fay Myers Motorcycle World is one of the country's largest powersports dealerships. We were founded in 1948 and many of our team members have been with us for over 20 years! We carry 16 brands that include new and used motorcycles, ATV's, UTV's and watercraft, parts and accessories, and we offer an award-winning service department.
The Position: We're looking for an entry level office/titles/payroll assistant.
- We are offering a full-time position with continued on-the-job training
- We also offer a full benefits package including health, dental, and 401k options.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Precision in your work with solid organization and great attention to detail
- Moderate to excellent computer skills, Excel experience is a plus
- Desire to learn new skills and a willingness to further enhance your knowledge
- Ability to meet attendance and punctuality standards
- High school diploma or associate degree
- Titles experience a plus
Responsibilities:
- Review, verify, input and process payables
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Communicate effectively with outside vendors and customers
- Prepare check runs, bank deposits, and maintain petty cash
- Perform additional accounting tasks as needed
- Assist titles department as needed
