You will manage access points, verify badges and credentials, monitor entry activity, conduct routine patrols, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.90 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location. Monitor and control access at designated entry points by verifying credentials, managing visitor sign‑in procedures, and maintaining accurate access‑related records. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including entrances, parking areas, business operations, and the perimeter, while reporting unusual conditions. Help to deter unauthorized access and support a secure workplace by following Allied Universal and site‑specific security‑related procedures. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
