Occupational Therapist Position
Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work in the Defiance, OH area for a top Rehabilitation company. This is a permanent position directly in with the company offering great mentorship and benefits!
Open to recent graduates!
Open to students pursuing a degree or licensure!
Schedule and Benefits:
- Full-Time, Monday-Friday
- Healthcare benefits (Medical, Dental, and Vision) offered after 30 days

Job Duties:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide occupational therapy treatments to improve daily living skills, mobility, communication, and independence.
- Assess and recommend adaptive equipment, self-help devices, and environmental modifications.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and home strategies.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
- Maintain a safe treatment environment and follow all clinical policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain equipment and company property in good working condition.
- Participate in continuing education and maintain required licensure and certifications.
Qualifications:
- Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice. (Or in the process).
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
