The firm advises developers, lenders, and commercial tenants on complex transactions throughout the city and is known for blending big-firm sophistication with local market agility. This is an opportunity to work with attorneys who are directly shaping New York’s evolving real estate landscape while maintaining the supportive culture of a midsized practice. The Role The associate will handle a mix of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. You’ll work alongside partners recognized for their deal-making acumen and mentorship, gaining exposure to every stage of the transaction lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and leases. Conduct due diligence, title review, and closing coordination. Communicate directly with clients, counterparties, and municipal offices. Support partners in structuring complex development and financing deals. Qualifications 3–6 years of commercial real estate experience. Strong drafting and negotiation skills. Familiarity with New York City property and zoning matters a plus.
