Key Responsibilities: Sanitize and maintain kitchen, equipment, utensils, and service areas. Prepare and produce a wide variety of bakery products with flair. Monitor and replenish kitchen production items using proper rotation procedures. Supervise assigned staff directly or through lead personnel. Ensure compliance with personal hygiene regulations. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 3 years restaurant culinary and/or baking experience required. Gluten-free baking experience preferred. Ability to stand and perform essential functions for extended periods. Ability to lift, bend, squat; ability to lift and move up to 25lbs Active listening skills to understand and engage with team members. High School Diploma or equivalent or culinary training.
