You collaborate with colleagues, keep commitments, and aim to delight customers. WHAT YOU'LL DO Complete inspections, work orders, turns, and tasks. Follow company policies and provide high-level customer service in four technical areas. Resolve routine and some moderate problems. Work within four technical areas and assist in additional areas. Notify the Service Manager of needed parts or supplies when inventory is low. Participate in an On-Call schedule. Respond to emergency calls and document work as required. Maintain current training required by HHHunt, in person or virtual, and keep required certifications. Communicate with contractors and vendors as directed. Maintain timesheets in accordance with policies. Coordinate with Leasing Office and Service Manager regarding charges, deficiencies, or resident issues. Ensure the community and work area remain clean, neat, and safe for residents and team members. Represent the company professionally at all times and observe dress codes. Maintain and use community equipment and vehicles per policy and manufacturer standards. REQUIREMENTS High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience in a service technician role, or a trade school certification in HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, electricity, or related field with 1 year of experience. EPA 608 Type I & II certification. Valid CPO certification preferred. Valid driver’s license. Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, landscaping, painting, carpentry, and swimming pools. Ability to use a smart device and computer with tracking systems. High customer service standards. Ability to work fast-paced, competing priorities. Ability to work outside long periods in various weather conditions.
