You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
