General Manager, Corrugated Box Manufacturing

- Applicants should possess knowledge in cardboard conversion and experience operating corrugator machinery.
- Individuals with a background in corrugate industry, working in sheet plants, pulp plants, or dealing with materials like plastics, container board, particleboard, etc. are not suitable for this role. Must have experience in converting paper into boxes.
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational and financial performance of a corrugated box manufacturing facility in Lake Geneva, WI.
Responsibilities:
- Maximize profitability and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Create and execute business strategies in line with company objectives
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the business direction
- Cultivate partnerships with sales teams to identify growth opportunities and maintain key accounts
- Supervise production operations to achieve efficiency and meet divisional goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of management experience, with at least 3 years in industry management
- Experience in operational oversight, budget management, and goal setting
- Strong leadership skills with a background in project management and achieving KPIs
