We are looking for a hands-on, responsible, and motivated Hotel Manager to help lead our daily operations.

This opportunity is designed for an experienced hotel manager or hospitality leader , with compensation based on experience and qualifications . We are also open to an experienced Front Desk Supervisor, Front Office Supervisor, or other qualified hotel supervisor who has demonstrated strong leadership and is ready to step into a management position.

We are looking for someone who is a strong leader, takes responsibility and accountability, and is willing to step in wherever needed to get the job done.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure everything runs smoothly
• Lead, coach, and support Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Breakfast, and other team members
• Hold employees accountable for performance, attendance, service, and hotel standards
• Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues quickly and professionally
• Conduct property and room inspections
• Assist with scheduling, training, employee development, and performance management
• Monitor labor, supplies, purchasing, and operating expenses
• Maintain brand standards, safety requirements, and company policies
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers
• Maintain strong communication between shifts and departments
• Cover Front Desk shifts when needed , including evenings, weekends, or other times when coverage is required
• Take ownership of problems and follow through until they are resolved

Who We're Looking For

• Takes ownership and accountability
• Leads by example and is willing to get hands-on
• Can make decisions and take responsibility for them
• Communicates clearly and works well with employees and guests
• Is dependable, organized, and proactive
• Can manage multiple priorities in a busy hotel environment
• Has previous hotel management or hotel supervisory experience
• PMS experience is preferred
• Major-brand hotel experience is a plus
