Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility and function
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts
• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
• Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric rehabilitation preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices
• Proficient in patient evaluation and treatment planning
• Excellent documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
