Since opening our agency in 2012, we've built a team-oriented environment where people are encouraged to grow, succeed, and enjoy coming to work each day. With more than 16 years in the insurance industry, I understand the value of investing in the right people and creating opportunities for long-term career development. Our office operates with a "work hard, play hard" mentality. We hold ourselves accountable to our goals, support one another as a team, and celebrate our successes together. The culture we've built is one of the biggest reasons people enjoy working here. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children, traveling, golfing, playing tennis, hosting a podcast, and staying involved in the local community. I believe in building strong relationships both inside and outside the office. I'm looking for someone who is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow. The ideal candidate works well with others, brings a positive attitude to the team, takes initiative, and is committed to continuous improvement. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tyler Rutledge - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
