Our facility is designed for optimal functionality and comfort, allowing therapists to engage fully with patients in their recovery.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed evaluations of patients' physical abilities and impairments to develop tailored treatment plans.Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, such as manual therapies, modalities, and exercises to promote recovery.Work closely with patients, their families, and caregivers to educate and guide them through the rehabilitation process.Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies as needed, maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of treatment interventions.Comply with all established policies, regulations, and procedures in delivering care.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, including attending regular team meetings and case discussions.Utilize modern therapeutic tools and techniques to promote healing and improve function, including exercise equipment, therapeutic modalities, and assistive devices.Patient Population / Client FocusThe Physical Therapist will primarily work with individuals experiencing temporary or long-term disabilities due to various medical conditions such as post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. You will apply your skills to help patients regain mobility, relieve pain, and enhance overall physical function, thereby significantly impacting their quality of life.QualificationsActive licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida is required.A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.Demonstrated excellent communication abilities to effectively educate and motivate patients and their families.Organizational skills to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with care plans.The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement in patient outcomes and engagement.Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience in a rehabilitation therapy setting is highly preferred.Specialized certifications in areas such as orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric therapy.Engagement in continuous education courses or workshops related to patient rehabilitation and therapeutic interventions.Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, based on your caseload and level of experience.
