Our facility provides access to the latest rehabilitation technologies and techniques, ensuring our therapists have the tools they need to deliver outstanding care.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough patient evaluations to inform the development of tailored treatment plans that promote recovery and wellness.Utilize evidence-based practices to provide effective therapy sessions focused on enhancing joint mobility, strength, and overall physical function.Design specialized fitness and wellness regimens tailored to individual patient needs aimed at fostering independence and reducing long-term care dependency.Implement manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises while continuously assessing patient progress and modifying care plans accordingly.Engage with patients to instill motivation, implementing strategies that encourage adherence to therapy regimens for optimal recovery outcomes.Document and maintain detailed records of patient care services, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care aligned with organizational goals.Patient Population / Client FocusYou will be primarily working with a diverse patient population suffering from various orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Your personalized approach will enhance not only their physical abilities but also their confidence and motivation to lead active lives.QualificationsA Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.Valid physical therapist license with no history of board actions or disciplinary measures.Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting.Proficient in developing and executing personalized exercise regimens tailored to patient needs.Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques that enhance patient recovery.Preferred ExperienceExperience in an orthopedic rehabilitation setting is highly desirable.Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient tracking.Strong interpersonal skills to foster rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals.Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, reflecting your experience and skills.
