Open Positions Position: Kitchen / Delivery Driver – Midtown Location: 2507 Bagby St, Houston, TX 77006 Job ID: 9472 — # of Openings: 4 Availability: Monday through Sunday, 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM Sweet Perks Delivery Drivers earn an average of $15 – $20 per hour (includes $10/hr base pay, tips, and delivery fee incentives) Kitchen Team Members earn $15/hr Paid training Free cookies (up to 6 dozen per week) Paid personal/sick time off for hourly employees Generous contribution toward medical and dental insurance for eligible employees and dependents 401k program with Tiff’s Treats matching contributions after 6 months for all employees Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Opportunities for career advancement Key Responsibilities As a Kitchen Team Member: Bake and prepare warm, delicious treats according to our recipes and standards. Package orders accurately and efficiently for delivery or pickup. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. As a Delivery Driver: Deliver warm, delicious treats to customers quickly and efficiently, using a Tiff’s Treats company vehicle or your personal vehicle as needed. Provide outstanding customer service with a smile to walk‑in customers and during deliveries. Assist with other store duties, including packaging and cleaning, as needed. Maintain a positive, can‑do attitude with the team and lead by example in all roles. Requirements Must have a clean driving record & a valid driver’s license Must have current car insurance with the driver’s name listed as an authorized driver Must have own personal vehicle available for delivering orders when the Tiff’s Treats vehicles are occupied; drivers will be compensated for using their own vehicle Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle while following all traffic laws; keep vehicles clean and organized Must be able to stoop, lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, reach items up to 50 lbs Comfortable with constant standing and/or walking, often outside in extreme heat, cold, rain, etc. Must be willing to follow written & verbal instructions in a loud & busy kitchen environment Must be available to work during our busiest days of the year, such as Buss Boost Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine’s Day. #J-18808-Ljbffr
