BG Staffing is seeking a personable and motivated Apartment Leasing Consultant to support a thriving community in Sacramento, California 95834. Position Details

• Role: Apartment Leasing Consultant
• Location: Sacramento, California 95834
• Pay: $24-25/hr.
• Schedule: M-F 9-5
• Additional: Some weekends required
• Opportunities: Contract and Contract‑to‑Hire

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing information
• Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents
• Process applications, prepare leasing documents, and maintain accurate records
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage office communication
• Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach
• Support daily office operations to ensure a smooth leasing process
• Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment

Requirements  

• Previous leasing or customer service experience required
• Tax Credit and HUD experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Comfortable using basic computer and property management software
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
