Functional Analyst & Technical Analyst: Background and experience in one major field, such as a business process, application, industry or technology. Participates in defining and designing business requirements and processes. Performs functional or technical roles on projects with depth of functional or technical knowledge in their focus area. Solution Lead & Technical Lead: Leads tasks on projects using knowledge in their focus area (business process, application, industry or technology). May lead other CSXPERTS LLC and/or client team members. Facilitates client workshops and design sessions. May manage part of a large, complex project. May provide business process, application, industry or technical expertise in sales pursuits and assist in defining and estimating client project/activity scope. Job Description: Design, implement and administer Oracle Database environments that would ensure the highest levels of performance and availability. Interprets the business issues and recommends best practices for the databases. Design and implement redundant systems, policies, and procedures for disaster recovery and data archiving to ensure effective protection and integrity of data assets. Ensure enterprise database environments are in optimal condition, manage production databases, and lead designing solution for complex problem-solving challenges. Provide operational support for Oracle E-Business Suite and Microsoft SQL Server. Support of production and non-production systems/DBs and new deployment. Support and implement high availability DB environment – Oracle 11g/12c, Apex, Oracle Data Guard, Oracle Enterprise Manager, and Oracle Data Integrator for data warehouse. Work with application development staff to establish appropriate end-user database access control levels and develop routines for end-users to facilitate best practices database use and facilitating better DB performance. Upgrade, patch and maintain the database systems and related administration tools to ensure the systems are up to date with the latest security patches and software versions. Supervise and perform regular database health checks and ensure the highest level of performance and availability all the time. Analyzes performance statistics and make appropriate changes and enhancements to optimize database and SQL performance. Minimum Requirements: At least High School/GED. 36 months experience in job offered or Database Administrator. Experience in Oracle, backup and recovery, RMAN, performance monitoring and tuning, SQL, AWR Reports, Troubleshoot database, patching of oracle single instance and RAC databases, and operating systems.
