Technical Support SpecialistDuration: 4 months Location: Nashville, TN 37214 Work experience: 3-5 years in similar Technical Support RoleResponsibility:Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer end user support services including but not limited to:Desktop / Laptop (Local & Remote)Desktop PhonesPrinters, Fax & ScannerVideo CameraDesktop and Laptop peripherals.Active DirectoryNetwork (Coordination, with Vendors)Server (Coordination, with Vendors)Cabling (Coordination, with Vendors)Router (Coordination, with Vendors)Switch (Coordination, with Vendors)UPS / Battery Back-Up (Coordination, with Vendors)Video Conferencing (Coordination, with Vendors)WiFi Connection (Coordination, with Vendors)VoIP (Coordination, with Vendors)Hardware support & services, including but not limited to laptops, desktops, servers and all supporting peripherals including multimedia devices and Telephony systems.Order New HardwareInstall New HardwareReport, coordinate and escalate issues/errors to existing corporate IT Support teams.Software Support and Services for local desktops, laptops and servers.Order New SoftwareInstall New SoftwareReport, coordinate and escalate issues/errors to existing application or corporate IT Support teams.Skill Requirements:Knowledge in Windows operating systems, Networking, desktop servicesDegree or Vocational certification in one of the following:Business Information Technology
