Responsibilities
- Product Knowledge: Develop an understanding of our insurance products and services to educate clients effectively.
- Sales: Manage client inquiries and providing tailored solutions to client specific needs.
- Education: Provide accurate information around policies and select coverages.
- Documentation: Ensure all client documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
- Relationship Management: Assist in maintaining strong client relationships by providing ongoing support and follow-up.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to enhance sales processes and improve client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; coursework in business or finance is a plus.
- Interest in Sales: A strong enthusiasm for starting a career in sales, particularly in the insurance sector.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Team Spirit: A positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
