Safety & Compliance Coordinator

This position has the opportunity to support specialty aviation projects nationwide by helping lead our firm's Safety & Compliance Program. The position will be based in our Marietta, GA and offers a combination of in-office, on-site, remote work and the opportunity for reasonable level of travel to various airports across the Country. Feel free to visit our website AERO's Safety & Compliance Coordinator will be team-player focused on supporting and monitoring our construction safety program. The candidate will monitor project site safety programs (both remote and on-site), develop Site Specific Safety plans, represent AERO to our Client's on safety topics, help train our other Team Members and internally raise positive awareness of AERO's safety culture company wide. The role will have support of AERO in-house personnel including Project Management, Operations Leadership and Company Leadership. This role requires previous construction safety experience and a strong passion to cotinue to develop your own skills within the construction safety industry. Candidate ideally has aviation construction experience and, if not already obtained, a strong desire and ability to earn Certified Safety Professional (CSP), OSHA 500 and/or similar Safety credentials. AERO will support earning the credentials should candidate not already have them. This role reports to AERO's Director of Safety & Quality and has opportunities to help support both Safety and Quality activities.
