Position Overview Lumina Mental Health is seeking licensed and license-eligible clinicians to join our growing team as Intensive In-Community (IIC) Providers . This role involves delivering in-home and community-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families through New Jersey’s Children’s System of Care (CSOC) . As an IIC provider, you will play a critical role in helping youth stabilize, build coping skills, and improve functioning across home, school, and community settings. Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy in home and community environments
- Complete clinical documentation , including progress notes and treatment updates
- Develop and implement individualized, strength-based interventions
- Collaborate with Care Managers (CMOs), BAs, families, and other providers
- Participate in case conferences and supervision
- Maintain compliance with CSOC/PerformCare and agency standards
- Support youth with challenges including behavioral, emotional, and trauma-related needs
- Required: LSW, LAC, LMFT (or license-eligible)
- Experience with community-based or in-home services preferred
- Knowledge of CSOC/PerformCare a plus
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
