Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of students ranging from elementary to high school age, each facing distinct personal and academic challenges. Your expertise in social work will help students develop coping strategies, improve their emotional health, and—ultimately—enhance their academic performance. You will support both individual students as well as their families, providing a holistic approach to mental well-being and related interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Washington.

• Strong knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy and evidence-based practices relevant to a school environment.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams effectively.
