Key Responsibilities\n

As an LICSW at Peaceful Place Therapeutic Solutions, you will engage in various critical activities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the unique needs of clients, enabling personalized and effective treatment planning.

• Providing therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families utilizing a diverse array of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborating closely with clients to establish realistic and achievable goals, while continuously monitoring progress throughout the course of their treatment journey.

• Maintaining meticulous, confidential client records that comply with state regulations and ethical standards to ensure quality care is consistently delivered.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse population of students who may be experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are required for this role:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
