Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify behavioral health needs, develop treatment diagnoses, and craft effective, individualized care plans tailored to each student’s circumstances.

• Collaborate with physicians and other team members to address the mental health needs of students, providing regular updates and participating in interdisciplinary meetings to enhance care integration.

• Guide students through crisis situations by employing clinical techniques to de-escalate and manage disruptive behavior, while also advising educational staff on strategies to foster a safe and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
