Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth virtual psychosocial assessments to identify the strengths, needs, and challenges faced by students.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including counseling for individuals, groups, and families, tailored to each student’s unique situation.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and the students' educational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will focus primarily on school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a variety of mental health complexities that affect their academic performance and social interactions. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, specifically within a school or educational setting is highly desirable.

• Proven skills in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish meaningful connections with students, parents, and educational staff.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
