Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare team members based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments.

• Actively consult with families and support systems regarding treatment protocols and discharge planning, empowering them with the necessary resources for continued care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on serving children and adolescents experiencing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges due to trauma, abuse, or neglect. You will engage with clients through virtual therapy sessions and at designated school locations, facilitating a safe and trusting environment where they can express themselves and work towards recovery. Collaboration with parents, caregivers, and educational staff is crucial to ensure seamless support through tailored interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of three years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience in a clinical social work environment.

• Current and unrestricted LICSW licensure in Washington state.

Compensation and Benefits\n
