Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily activities as an LICSW will encompass a variety of responsibilities crucial to fostering mental health among our students:

• Utilize a diverse array of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other relevant interventions to support students in navigating their emotional challenges.

• Document clinical notes and maintain detailed records that comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and professional standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and school psychologists, to coordinate care that is effective and holistic for each student.

• Submit case notes and attend regular consultations, engaging in discussions that enhance the quality and effectiveness of care provided.

• Educate and support both students and their families, equipping them with vital information about mental health resources and support systems available in the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents who face various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, reflecting your expertise in the field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
