Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating effectively with healthcare team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans, taking into account psychosocial assessments and established social work interventions.

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients' needs, developing individualized treatment strategies, and implementing interventions that foster mental wellness.
\n
• Providing crisis intervention services, offering support to clients in distress while assessing and treating various emotional and behavioral issues.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of clinical interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with organizational protocols.

• Consulting and coordinating with clients’ families and support systems to create effective discharge plans, guiding clients through transitions in care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse patient population within the Lynnwood area, including individuals with varying mental health challenges. Therapeutic modalities may include individual therapy, group sessions, and family therapies, carefully tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are essential for your success in this role:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a mental health or social services setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in social work practices.

• Proficiency in electronic medical records and various software tools, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
