Real Estate Photographer, Media Creator & Business Development Specialist

Part-time to start: 10–20 hours per week | Assigned Florida service area

$20/hour for training and business-development activities | Media Appointments paid separately at 30%–50% of revenue

Pinnacle Property Media is looking for a personable, reliable, detail-oriented individual who enjoys creating visual media and developing new business.

This position combines media creation with active business development . You will create photography, videos, aerial drone media, 3D models and virtual tours, and floor plans while building a client base for Pinnacle in your assigned territory.

Previous real estate media experience is not required. Bring experience using a DSLR or mirrorless camera, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. We provide training and handle editing and post-production.

Starting hours and schedule:

The position begins at approximately 10–20 total hours per week , including training, business development, meetings, and Media Appointments—not 10–20 hourly-paid hours in addition to appointment work.

Initially, a meaningful portion of your time will focus on developing clients. Additional hours and Media Appointments may become available as demand and repeat business grow; full-time hours are not guaranteed. Scheduling is flexible within agreed availability, with daytime availability needed for client outreach and scheduled appointments and meetings.

What you will do:

Create professional media:

• Attend Media Appointments, prepare spaces appropriately, follow Pinnacle’s capture standards, and upload complete, organized files by the required deadline.

Develop new business:

• Research prospects, make cold calls, introduce our services, schedule Media Appointments, and follow up with prospective and existing clients.

Build a local network:

• Schedule and attend weekly and monthly real estate, brokerage, and Realtor association meetings, give presentations, and follow up with new contacts.

Reach additional industries:

• Prospect and market to 18+ other target business segments, including vacation rentals, property management, hospitality, commercial properties, and other businesses that benefit from professional media.

Cold calling, prospecting, and meetings are required, ongoing parts of this role. This is not a capture-only position.

How compensation works:

This position uses two separate payment methods based on the work performed: hourly pay for training and business-development activities, and revenue-based compensation for Media Appointments.

Training and other hourly-paid activities:

$20 per hour for initial company training, prospecting, marketing, scheduling, meetings, and other work not compensated through Media Appointment revenue.

Media Appointment compensation:

• First Media Appointment with a new client you bring to Pinnacle
• Earn 50% of appointment revenue for the first Media Appointment you complete with that client.
• Subsequent Media Appointments with that client:
• Earn 30% of appointment revenue for subsequent Media Appointments you complete.
• Company-provided Media Appointments:
• Earn 30% of appointment revenue for company-provided Media Appointments you complete.
• Hourly earnings are separate from, and not deducted from, Media Appointment earnings .
• You are paid for prospecting and meetings even when they do not generate a booking. The same work does not receive both hourly and revenue-based compensation.

Driving time to and from hourly-paid activities is not included in hourly compensation, except where payment is required by applicable law.

What you will bring:

• Experience using a DSLR or mirrorless camera and interest in learning multiple forms of media creation.
• Confidence initiating conversations, making cold calls, presenting services, and following up professionally.
• Reliability, attention to detail, accurate scheduling, and the ability to follow instructions, accept feedback, and work independently.
• A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license, a smartphone with a data plan, a computer, and reliable internet for media uploads.

Drone experience is helpful but not required to apply. Pinnacle requires an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate before beginning other company-provided training or attending Media Appointments. Applicants who are not yet certified must be willing to meet this requirement.

Applicants currently operating a real estate photography or drone business will not be considered.
