Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney for its office in Costa Mesa, California. This full‑time position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing one day of remote work after a probationary period. Duties Review and adjust immigration applications and packets. Explain immigration concepts and present strategic solutions. Prepare and submit legal briefs for various immigration cases. Meet with clients to gather documents and guide them through visa processes. Use case management systems to monitor case milestones and meet deadlines. Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all legal work products. Prepare and represent clients at government interviews. Perform other tasks as required to meet client and firm needs. Requirements Completion of a Juris Doctorate program at an accredited U.S. law school. Admission to a U.S. state bar. One year of experience in employment immigration law. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Excellent writing skills. A second language is preferred but not required. Education & Certifications Juris Doctorate from an accredited U.S. law school.
