JOB TITLE: Sounds Business Operations Manager LOCATION: US remote THE ROLE: Splice is looking for a Sounds Business Operations Manager to own the program management and operational work that keeps our Sounds business running smoothly. This role sits between our category teams and senior leadership, focused on workstream management, team coordination, budget tracking, operational process improvement, and cross-functional partnership with Product & Engineering. This is not a production or creative role. It's a program management and operations role for someone who thrives on bringing structure to complexity, keeping work moving, and making sure teams are set up to do their best work.
