Licensed Clinical Social WorkerJoin a winning, innovative teamWJM Professional Services, LLC is a leading healthcare management firm with 20 years of experience providing healthcare personnel, and administrative staffing services to government agencies, including the Defense Health Agency, the United States Air Force, Army, Navy, Coast Guard, National Guard, and the Department of Veterans Affairs.We are currently recruiting for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at U.S. Coast Guard in Ketchikan, AK.Key Responsibilities:Conduct diagnostic biopsychosocial assessments.Develop and implement behavioral health treatment plans.Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy.Document care using prescribed behavioral health templates.Evaluate fitness for unrestricted worldwide duty.Consult with clinic staff and Commands on mental health issues.Manage urgent and emergent behavioral health needs.Notify the Medical Department of emergencies as needed.Coordinate referrals and care with outside agencies.Refer patients to specialists as directed by the clinic.Participate in the Quality Improvement Program.Support behavioral health education and outreach.Provide in-service training on mental health topics.Monitor behavioral health trends and resource use.Follow Coast Guard regulations and clinic policies.Qualifications:Master's or Doctorate in Social Work from an ASWB-accredited program.Current, unrestricted license to practice Clinical Social Work.2 years of direct clinical diagnostic practice in the last 5 years.Current BLS certification.No adverse action/information on file with your state board or NPDB.Proof of $1,000,000 malpractice insurance.U.S. citizen or authorized to work full-time in the U.S.Proficient in spoken and written English.Must pass a NACLC background investigation (HSPD-12).Must pass a pre-employment physical exam.Current on required immunizations (flu, MMR, varicella, Hep B).Able to stand for extended periods and ambulate normally.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Able to make timely, legally mandated reports of abuse or neglect.Meets or exceeds industry standards of care.Performs full scope of LCSW duties on-site.Resume Requirements:Degrees earnedComplete professional work historyProfessional training/courses completed within the past two yearsProfessional affiliations and membershipsWJM is an EEO Employer / Protected Vet/Disabled#IND123
