Job Title: Temporary Data Entry Specialist
Location: Hebron, KY
Duration: Short-term (Approx. 3–4 months)
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Position Summary:
We are seeking detail-oriented individuals for temporary administrative support. This role is focused on high-volume data entry within our internal systems and Microsoft Excel. Successful candidates will be responsible for accurate data management and maintaining clear communication within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform heavy data entry support using company systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all data processing tasks.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure project goals and documentation requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Schedule
- Initial Training: First 2 weeks will be held on the first shift.
- Ongoing Shifts:
- 3 Positions: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2 Positions: Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Work Location: In person
