Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients in the NICU according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment
• Apply independent and supervisory discretion in dynamic, high-acuity neonatal care situations

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
• AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS certification required
• S.T.A.B.L.E. (STABLE) certification required
• EPIC experience required
• Day shift availability with expected 36-hour weeks; holiday time off requests will not be approved

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Previous acute care facility experience
