Please Note: This is not a remote position . Approximately three months of onsite training in Connecticut is required before transitioning to a hybrid work schedule.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound customer calls from existing customers
• Assist with account questions, billing inquiries, payments, and service requests
• Research customer accounts and provide accurate information
• Update customer records while navigating multiple computer systems
• Deliver professional, friendly customer service with every interaction

We're Looking For

You'll be successful in this role if you have experience in a fast-paced customer service environment such as:

• Call center or contact center
• Banking or credit union
• Insurance
• Utility customer service
• Medical office or patient services
• High-volume office environment

Strong communication skills, computer proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential.
