Job Description & Requirements – Family Medicine Obstetrics Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: $230,000 – $260,000 starting base. Additional compensation includes $5,000 sign‑on and $5,000 retention bonuses. Eligible for NHSC loan repayment. 20+ PTO days plus holidays. Full benefits, 401(k) match, and CME coverage. Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient women's health and OBGYN-focused care. Deliver prenatal care and perform colposcopies. Complete 16–20 patient visits per day with built‑in schedule buffers. Allocate four hours per week for administrative duties. Work with a 2:1 clinical support team (MA and RN). Attend multiple sites (Central KC and a new KC facility). Provide high‑risk prenatal care (e.g., diabetes) as indicated. Qualifications Board certified/eligible in OBGYN or Family Medicine with OB experience or fellowship. Comfortable performing colposcopies. Experience with high‑risk prenatal care (e.g., diabetes). Willingness to work at multiple sites and manage a 2:1 support ratio. Eligibility for or willingness to obtain J1/H1B sponsorship is available.
