Assistant Project ManagerThe Assistant Project Manager collaborates with Project Managers and is the owner representative and field representative of construction administration and site safety for the main hospital and all off sites. The Assistant Project Manager ensures compliance with construction documents, contract obligations, and quality assurance and vendor integration.Responsibilities: :May include indoor and outdoor inspections, oversight, and interactions 12 months a year, as well as stair and ladder climbing to access construction which is in progressProjects may require 7 day coverage and schedule shifts.Excellent interpersonal skills Speaks, reads and writes EnglishPrevious construction experience, healthcare industry preferredMust demonstrate initiative and possess problem solving skillsField observation experience preferred Knowledge of safety compliance awarenessMust possess excellent communication skills for all levels of customer service Demonstrates flexibility and the ability to multitaskAble to read and understand construction documents and specificationsRequirements:High School DiplomaKnowledge of Autocad, Outlook, Word, Excel, required; must be flexible and able to work in stressful environment.At least 2 years construction experience leading or assisting and executing projects. Ability to be engaged in multiple projects simultaneously.Posted Salary RangeUSD $33.00 - USD $39.00 /Hr.This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
