Remote Operations Project Manager

To support a growing practice, the part-time 100% remote Operations Project Manager will manage project workflows, oversee budget accountability, and lead a team of coordinators and writers to ensure high-quality outcomes and client retention. Key responsibilities Review and optimize project workflows for accuracy, documentation, and continuous improvement Account for all project costs and manage resources to maximize quality within budget constraints Lead and hold accountable a team of coordinators and writers, ensuring adherence to company standards and client satisfaction Required qualifications Proven experience in project management with a strong emphasis on ownership and accountability Familiarity with project management tools, particularly Asana, is beneficial but not required Experience managing teams and resources effectively in a remote environment Ability to create and implement training and onboarding processes for team members Strong organizational skills with a focus on achieving high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction
