We are currently sourcing for a Salesforce Developer to work in Fidelity’s Asset Management Technology in Smithfield, RI.This role provides you with the opportunity to join a SAAS/cloud-first, innovative, fast-paced technology team within Asset Management Technology supporting FIAM, responsible for application development and support for Sales applications for institutional sales team. Your focus will be to continuously develop and improve Sales and Relationship management functionalities in our CRM Salesforce platform, redefining Sales, servicing & client experience. As a Salesforce Developer, you will also play a key role in promoting Salesforce development standard methodologies across various teams in the product area.The Skills/Expertise You Have5 years Salesforce experienceExpertise in understanding the Salesforce.com, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and other Salesforce product areas (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud desirable).Strong technical capabilities and the ability to contribute towards programmatic solutions on Salesforce platform, including Apex, VisualForce, Aura Lightning components, LWC, Test class development and coverage.Salesforce Admin skills (specially designing UI screens/cases/security profiles/sharing principles)Critical thinking skills and an understanding of governance limits and other factors that influence configuration-vs-development decisions.Salesforce workflows/Flows experienceWorking experience with Test Automation including Integration, Regression and Performance testing primarily using Provar.
