Responsibilities Offer life and health insurance policies to new and existing customers. Conduct needs analysis to identify insurance products for customers. Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to customers.. SELL State Farm Life Insurance Policies- yearly minimum quota of 72 life policies. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Qualifications State insurance license for life and health insurance. Communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products. Sales experience, preferably in insurance. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
