UAV Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Location: Stafford, VA

Pay: $22/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Type: Direct Hire

You'll be part of a hands-on team assembling and testing cutting-edge systems used in real-world operations. This is a stable, full-time opportunity with room to grow as the company expands.

• Build and assemble drone systems using blueprints and technical drawings
• Perform wiring, component installation, and system integration
• Test completed assemblies and troubleshoot issues
• Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
• Work closely with engineers to improve products and processes
• Inspect and repair components as needed
• Document test results and assembly procedures

• Experience with mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical assembly
• Comfortable working with tools and following technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a team-focused production environment

You'll work in a clean, organized production facility with dedicated assembly stations and modern equipment. This is a hands-on role where you'll be building real products, solving problems, and contributing to a team that's helping shape the future of drone technology.

This is a Permanent position based out of Stafford, VA.

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $45760.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Stafford,VA.

This position is anticipated to close on Oct 2, 2026.
