Job Title: Welder

Location: Fredericksburg, VA
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Overtime: Available based on workload and production needs

We are currently seeking an experienced Welder to join a team in Fredericksburg, VA. The ideal candidate will have previous welding experience and be comfortable working in a steel fabrication environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to produce quality welds, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workplace.

• Perform welding and fabrication tasks according to job specifications
• Weld and assemble steel components using proper techniques and equipment
• Read and interpret measurements, drawings, and work instructions
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and structural integrity
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and tools
• Perform grinding, cutting, and other metal fabrication duties as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

• Previous welding experience required
• Experience working with steel fabrication preferred
• Ability to safely operate welding equipment and hand tools
• Ability to read measurements and follow detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and work in a physical environment
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance required

• Work-appropriate clothing required
• Steel-toe boots required
• Long pants required (no shorts)
• Long-sleeve shirt or welding-appropriate protective clothing required
• Welding helmet/hood and proper eye protection required
• Welding gloves required
• No open-toed shoes, loose clothing, or unsafe footwear permitted

• Monday – Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• $22.00/hour
• Overtime opportunities available depending on workload
