Job Overview A law firm seeks an Entrepreneurial Ventures Associate in Los Angeles, California. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of corporate experience, focusing on venture capital and emerging company representation. Duties Draft investment agreements, including NVCA forms. Manage multi-disciplinary due diligence for various industries. Prepare governance-related board materials. Oversee cap table management, including convertible securities. Requirements 3-5 years of corporate experience at a nationally recognized law firm. Experience with venture capital and emerging companies. Strong writing and analytical skills. Education Excellent academic credentials required. Certifications Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Proficiency in drafting investment agreements.
