Job Overview A law firm seeks an Entrepreneurial Ventures Associate in Los Angeles, California. Manage multi-disciplinary due diligence for various industries. Prepare governance-related board materials. Oversee cap table management, including convertible securities. Education Excellent academic credentials required. Certifications Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Proficiency in drafting investment agreements.
