Supervisory Management And Program Analyst
As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will:
- Serve as the principal advisor and executive lead for all talent management initiatives that support the Office's mission and priorities.
- Develop and implement human capital and talent management plans aligned with OCIO's mission, priorities, and workforce needs.
- Work closely with HHS leadership, human resources offices, and external stakeholders (e.g., Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to support government-wide talent management initiatives and promote effective talent management practices.
- Leverage workforce analytics, dashboards, and other data tools to monitor the effectiveness of talent management programs and inform data-driven decision-making.
- Supervise a multidisciplinary team of management analysts, talent management specialists, and program staff; provide direction, assign work, evaluate performance, and support career development.
