Structural Welder (Flux Core MIG)

1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM | 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM

Pay: $28–$33/hour

Build Projects That Matter!

We're looking for experienced Structural Welders to join our team and help build steel components used in bridge and infrastructure projects. If you have Flux Core MIG welding experience and enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Perform Flux Core (FCAW/MIG) welding on structural steel

• Read blueprints and weld symbols

• Complete welds in various positions

• Use shop tools such as grinders, saws, and drill presses

• Move materials safely and maintain a clean work area

• Work independently and as part of a team

What We're Looking For

✅ Structural welding experience (FCAW/MIG)

✅ Ability to read blueprints

✅ Experience with vertical welding (3G)

✅ Ability to pass welding tests (3G, 3F, 4F)

✅ Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
